I have done this assignment for my summer internship during April 2010 to June 2010 under the guidance of Prof G Raghuram, Professor, IIMA. RFD provides a summary of the most important results that a department/ministry expects to achieve during the financial year, which is a Key Result Areas of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES) for Government Departments.
